This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which FLY SHOP Europe collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.flyshopeurope.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by FLY SHOP Europe. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle information from Users. Personal data collected by FLY SHOP Europe via the Site are processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter also referred to as GDPR. FLY SHOP Europe does not disclose buyers information to third parties.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, respond to a survey, subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. 2) subscription of the Newsletter for the purpose of the performance of a contract concerning a service rendered by electronic means. Legal grounds: consent of a data subject for the performance of a contract concerning Newsletter service (article 6 sec. 1 letter a of GDPR); we use your email address outside of contractual processing exclusively to send you a newsletter for our own marketing purposes, if you have explicitly agreed to this. The processing will be carried out on the basis of art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out with your consent up to the withdrawal. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the relevant link in the newsletter or by contacting us. Your email address will then be removed from the distributor. Your data will be forwarded to a service provider for email marketing in the course of order processing. It will not be forwarded to other third parties. Your data will be transferred to a third country, which is covered by an adequacy decision by the European Commission. 3) use of the contact form service for the purpose of the performance of a contract executed by electronic means. Legal grounds: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract on contact form services (article 6 sec. 1 letter b of GDPR).
Communication with the shipping provider
We forward your email address to the shipping company in the course of contractual processing, if you have explicitly agreed to this in the order process. The forwarding is for the purpose of informing you by email on the shipping status of your order. The processing will be carried out on the basis of art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or the transport company without affecting the legality of the processing carried out with your consent up to the withdrawal. Shipping provider are: Slovenska posta, a.s., and GLS Slovakia s.r.o.
Collection and use of personal data
When you submit an order we only collect and use your personal data insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment and handling of your order as well as processing of your queries. The provision of data is necessary for conclusion of a contract. Failure to provide it will prevent the conclusion of any contract. The processing will occur on the basis of Article 6(1) b) GDPR and is required for the fulfilment of a contract with you.
Your data is transferred here for example to the shipping companies and dropshipping providers, payment service providers, service providers for handling the order and IT service providers that you have selected. In addition, the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service will be transferred to Google. Facebook remarketing
Our website uses the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" by Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA; "Facebook"). This application serves to address the visitor to the website with interest-related advertising on the social network Facebook. We have implemented Facebook’s remarketing tag on our website for this purpose. This tag sets up a direct connection to Facebook’s servers when you visit our website.
